At 12:55 Another receptionist from behind the door called me to see her. I arrived at 12:40 PM to an office with one slow confused front receptionist and 3 people waiting in line ahead of me. On Thursday July 13th I received a text confirming my appointment. Arrive at 12:45 PM to complete paperwork. I scheduled an appointment Jfor an Ultra Sound at the AZ Ahwatukee location.
